2. Services Offered
Righteous Customs LLC provides custom staff carving and painting services. Our skilled artisans transform natural materials into unique works of art, skillfully blending creativity and craftsmanship. By requesting our services, you acknowledge the artistic and manual nature of the process, and you agree to provide clear instructions to guide our artists in realizing your vision.
3. Custom Design Process
Upon contacting us for a custom staff, we will collaborate with you to understand your design preferences, including motifs, colors, and any specific features you desire. Our artists will create a design proposal based on your input, and we will proceed upon receiving your approval. Please note that due to the handcrafted nature of our products, variations in texture and color may occur.
4. Pricing and Payment
Pricing for custom staffs is determined based on factors such as design complexity, size, and materials used. A detailed quote will be provided to you before proceeding. A non-refundable deposit is required to initiate the design process. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before shipping. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.
5. Intellectual Property*
All designs, artwork, and content created by Righteous Customs LLC are subject to copyright and intellectual property rights. We retain the right to use images of completed custom staffs for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Any design concepts provided by clients should not infringe on third-party copyrights.
6. Production and Timeline
The production timeline for custom staffs varies depending on design complexity and our current workload. We will provide an estimated delivery date upon finalizing the design. While we strive to meet deadlines, please understand that the artisanal nature of our work may lead to slight deviations in the expected completion time.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the personalized nature of custom staffs, cancellations after design approval and deposit payment cannot be accommodated. Refunds are not offered for completed or in-progress custom orders. In the rare event that a significant issue arises, we will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.
8. Shipping and Returns
We take utmost care in packaging and shipping your custom staff securely. Shipping costs will be included in your quote. If damage occurs during shipping, please document it and contact us immediately for assistance. Returns are not accepted for custom orders, unless the product arrives damaged or significantly deviates from the approved design.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United States.
